Has anybody spent enough time to determine if a player has a stellar year (Bush rushes for 2000, and catches 50 balls) does their base attributes improve season over season?

Let me elaborate a little more on this question.

Dearing Bush's first year say his base OVR is 74, you give him quite a few reps in practice reps he will increase his OVR to say 82. After the game he will return to 74. Rinse and repeat throughout the first season.

If he has a stellar year will his base overall increase from say 74 to 84? So he wouldn't return back to 74 during the 2nd year. His base would always start at 84.
