I see there's a patch but all I can see is it was for online stuff. Does it address any other issues?

Nope, nothing. This is one of the reasons I dislike EA's Empire mentality. Put out a product with massive potential and then never support it. Every year their PC games have bugs that could easily be patched and you rarely get a patch. Fat and Lazy is how I describe EA Sports and it's a shame for us PC users. Oh well, back to MVP 07...
