Will players hold out if they feel they outplayed their current contract?

From what I understand players can demand a new contract. It is also possible that rookie contracts will not get taken care of before training camp. I think I read you can only negotiate with rookies once a week or something. So there are possibilities that players will miss training camp time, which means less time learning the playbook.

Not good... but awesome. (Not cool that guys miss time but awesome that its so realistic.)
