Seeing how Chris Long is rated an 88 and the best defensive player on the Rams, I might start out AFTER the draft, myself as coach now.

Yea, im doing the Bears also as myself. Im sure im going to do before the draft the only problem is we suck. I know im going to have to make a lot of changes if the Bears are going to be able to have any offense this year. Defense shouldnt be a huge problem I am hoping.

BTW, if you go before the draft, be prepared to put some serious time in before you get to the actual pre-season.
