I just checked and he's not on the Jets nor in FA at all. Did I miss a thread that mentioned this? I did the roster update as well.

The devs have been discussing the best way to deal with Favre - he will be in the game.

If you start your career before the roster update, will favre be updated into your career or do you need to start a new one for him to be in it?

You need to start a career after the roster update for it to take affect.
