Freezing Problem

I started a career where I created myself as the Texans coach. I simmed the preseason, played my first game against the Steelers (a win), and now I have (I believe) 3 days left until my game with the Ravens. It is September 11th, around 10 in the morning, and my clipboard has me do a gameplan for the week. When I finish it starts simming to my next event, but the game always freezes when it reaches 12 noon. Is it possible that my system is overheated or that my disc is corrupt? Or is this a bug?

Why isn't this getting any attention? This is a gamebreaking problem, I can't continue my career that I just spent countless hours on! And I'm not the only one. Though rare, this is occurring and it needs to be addressed before it happens to more people. Now if you are working on recreating this, just post to let me know you are aware of it.

It doesn't happen to me, try clearing your HD cache, I forget the combo, but it's easily found with a Google search. I hear it solves problems, or else, I guess you might have to start a new one.

Besides losing my system updates, what else will I lose if I do that?

That's about all you lose, you just have to redownload patches. All the gamesaves, videoes etc, don't get erased.

I don't feel like risking it or redownloading the updates, so I guess I'll just start over.

i only had it freeze once and that was during the offseason in my first year. went back to where it was saved and it was fine.
