Icon5 Cap Question for the developers

IS the cap like real life where incentives count against your cap and if they are not met you get a cap credit for the next season?

This is the trick the Vikes have used the past several years to have the cap space available to sign big FA's every year.

Also when and how does that "acconting error" work for clearing cap penalties?

In the NFL, there are two types of incentives... likely to be earned and not likely to be earned.

Likely to be earned counts against the cap in the current year, and if not reached, is credited the following year.

Not likely to be earned does not count against the cap in the current year, but must be payed the following year if met.

Head Coach treats all incentives as Not Likely to be Earned.

God I hope I don't run into that. I really hope it's not common.
