I keep going back to my Player Status screen and it seems each week there are more and more players who are listed as "Contract is Expiring". That's fine and I'd love to immediately start negotiating contracts with some of them, but I have no idea where to go to do this. I swear I've tried everything. Contract Negotiations aren't limited to the offseason, are they?

I think you have to wait until they approach you for an extension. I guess if they never come up than they want to test FA or something.
