Health and Fatigue Screen help

Some help here if possible, what does this this do? When I choose to make a player inactive on Monday does that mean for practice? If I do the same thing on Weds. does it mean he will not practice that day? I am confused because I dont seem to get a boost in fatigue levels even by doing this. Can anyone confirm or explain as to what this does and effects during a course of the week. THX

Re: Health and Fatigue Screen help

I couldnt figure this out either. Guys I would hold out of one practice would be still tired for the next one.

I just started dismissing these off of my clipboard but when i looked through the clipboard options i didnt see an option to delegate these events

So I think that means that if i dismiss it nothing happens rather than my coaches handling it like I had hoped, which can't be good as the season goes on

Every player gains back fatigue and health every day and the amount they gain back is directly tied to their stamina, toughness and injury ratings. This is also modified by the skill of their trainers.

When you hold a player out of practice, you are effectively allowing him to gain back the full amount of health/fatigue he normally would. If you were to allow him to practice, he would potentially get even more fatigued and banged up, negating any health/fatigue he gains back.

Right on. Lendale White was my biggest offender, but I didn't look at the actual FAT numbers, just that when he was held out of practice he was still "Low Fatigue". It must just mean that he didnt gain that much fatigue or was super gassed or something.

Any way to delegate this aspect? Or does dismissing it accomplish that?

Edit: There is an option to delegate Health and Fatigue Hints, but not the actual event that happen before every practice
