Tears of Joy..

Tears of joy came down my face when i saw my rookie QB stink up the joint in preseason. He was overthrowing / throwing wide / throwing int's and taking sacks for sitting in the pocket too long.

That was a beautiful site to see.

Brian Brohm won my OROY with a QB rating over 100 with 25 tds and 10 picks. Don't remember yardage right now but this was in 8 starts and 12 games played. I didn't notice any difference between him and Aaron Rodgers. They were both rated 80-82 all season though.

Re: Tears of Joy..

When I had Brohm, all he did was sit in the pocket until he got pounded by a DE.

Re: Tears of Joy..

Here is what my rookie QB did today. It was nice to see that a QB who didn't know the playbook and was a 71/87 player would have these stats.

EDIT: QB: (5 OF 19 for 109yds / 1TD / 3 Int / 26% comp)

He's in the 2009 draft class. I have to groom him more because he doesn't know the playbook. I'm so happy he did bad. If he would have came out and throw for 300+ yards and 70% comp, i would have been so upset. Especially since this was his first game.

It's going to be nice to see him improve behind M. Schaub.
