I understood, when I said "sim" I meant simulate real life by playing. I've always played 15 min quarters and this is the first game that has realistic stats when doing so.

As someone mentioned above, 15 minute quarters would give you an advantage because you are running more plays.

The more you call a play, whether in practice or the game, the more your players learn it. That varies based on the player's learning rating and your coaches.
