Kris Jenkins on my team gets injured more often than not, I checked his INJ rating which is 35. That doesn't make a whole lot of sense, sure he was down 2 seasons, but for the past two he's played all 16 games. Chad Pennington deserves an injury rating of 35, not Jenkins.

His injury rating was based off of the general impression of Jenkins, which is that he rarely has lasted a full season his entire career. He went from being a top 5 DT in the NFL to being a decent free agent pickup for the Jets this year because of that.

Team events like wins/losses and injury recovery.

Re: Give us the ability to rehab please!!!

To Kingfish: yes i have played with top trainer with a 99 rating..i got rid of the 1st trainer immediately after season one. the difference b/w a 99 and a lower rating
trainer mainly lies in injury severity and recovery time. The injuries may be a little
better with 99 trainer but due to the game's inability to rehab players properly,
it's still pretty bad.

To Mauler 97: I have done countless sims right after each season's end trying to get
that one damn trainer that has the special "off-season rehab" ability hoping it'll cure all..but of course with no success. And you just got it like that???!! but of course
the funny thing is it seems like even with that..this critical aspect of the game is still
broken...btw..you got boar J with one of your top 3 pick huh?

To JOSH:

First of all, I hope we are all on the same page as to the purpose of this particular
thread ; it's not to discuss about certain player's inj/dura rating in the game cause
as i was saying earlier, those ratings, however people feel they are justifiable or not is really beyond the discussion, the ratings themselves are legit, and to try
modify any players' inj/dura/ ratings in this game would just be a waste of time.
(but certainly you can come up with a solution if you guys are doing yet anohter
version of HC, so that inj/dura/stamina ratings acutally progress like other
attributes would. It's tiring to hear draft analysis about UCLA's monster DT
Adrain Hopkins lacks the motor/stamina to be a monster , and not be able to
see that part of his game develop)

2nd of all,

Right now no offense but i honestly think it doesn't make any difference
how we get trainer points, the fact remains: it's way too slow and way too hard
to gain those points and be able to actually use it on abilites that don't really
work (accoroding to Mauler's report here)

3rd of all,

One really straightforward question: "Will you or will you not take a look at this
and let us know in the very very near future whether you'll try to fix this
in the next patch or not??"

the only reason i said very very near future is cause basically you guys wrote this game, and we expect you to know this game from inside and out better than
all of our knowledge put together on this; SO i can't possibly imagine how
trying to come up with an explanation on this critical flawed aspect of the game,
is going to take a substiantial amount of time consider tons and tons of evidence
have been presented to you in this thread.

I don't consider this as a problem. This is how the game was designed.

It will not be addressed in the patch.

Re: Give us the ability to rehab please!!!

That's what i wanna hear on page one of this thread.

But you know what i mean, of course this is not what i want to hear,

cause now i know "This is how the game was designed" literally means,

"Because people don't bring it up as often, and because most people

don't even notice there's a problem here, AND because we've already too

much we need to fix in our next patch than time's allowed,

so i am sorry, this is how the game was designed."

but of course, not to put words in your mouth, you won't really apologize for this

broken function that's actually a real devastating blow to the game will you?

because again that's how the game was designed, and you just don't

consider this to be a problem , although we'll know something's not working here.

oh wait, i forgot to apologize, because normally developers just wouldn't

and aren't supposed to come out and interact with gamers like me

just because most of us like to whine about stuff,

we are supposed to just shove it all down our throats, and take whatever

that you came up, and whatever that you said is by design.

so for that , i offer my most sincere apology for you trying to

resurrect your company's already trustworthy, user-friendly image.
