Would someone be able to help me understand the strategy skill for coaches? I don't remember the exact description, but I know it said something along the lines of "helps the coach make effective strategic changes on gameday" or something.

Does anyone know what tangible effect it has on gameplay?

I too would like to know this and also how it effects the coordinators as well.

Can we get a dev response on this??

I think this is more of less for adjustments. If you let your coaching staff call the games ( OC, DC ) i figure it would make better adjustments against the team they are playing

It also determines gameplans. The strategy skill of hte coach you're preparing with dictates how many times you can use the gameplan.
