How do I make pre-play Adjustments?

I know it's in here somewhere, but after I call a play, if I want to make adjustments (e.g. pinch the defensive line, hot route a receiver) how do I do that?

This is on the 360.

Press A to bring up the clipboard if it's not on the screen. There's an item called "Adjustments".

Does it only appear at certain times on the clipboard? I can't seem to find it.

It shows up on the clipboard every single time you pick a play. Honestly I don't know how you could possibly miss it.

Nope.

Well it comes up after you pick a play, on the "clipboard" part of the clipboard (as opposed to "gameday" or "gameday info" etc.). Then it goes away when the ball is snapped, and comes back again after you pick the next play. I think the only time it does not appear is on special teams plays.

Double check your clipboard settings.
Hit pause >settings>coach clipboard and double check that the "Gameday Adjustments" show me box is clicked.
Because like sixtydashone said, i can't see how you would miss it. It actually annoys me sometimes.
