Replacing Coaches
The coach replacement process disappoints me.

If you win into the conference championship, and someone quits on you, often the replacements are awful. You cannot tell a coach's potential when you are hiring him.

I am at about 2016. If Rob Ryan quits on me, I am going to have a fit.
