(SPOILER) Playbook for Ozzie Jones?

I have to admit that I'm a little disappointed in Jones too. I was expecting a guy with great moves and speed who could slash through the defense and pick up big gains on a regular basis but I feel like I got a guy with good potential to make big plays but who isn't physical enough to be an every down back. In short, I thought I was getting Barry Sanders or Marshall Faulk and instead I got something between Reggie Bush and a better version of Jerious Norwood. Maybe things will pick up when he learns more of the playbook and I learn how to play calls well.
