In this game, is it possible to create a coach and start from scratch?

Also, can I change teams? Like I will coach the Bears one year then after one year coach the Colts?

Yes you can create your own coach and you can also be fired and offered other jobs.

You can be fired, or choose to leave the team you are coaching in the offseason. You can't pick to go to any team you want though, you can only go to another team that got rid of their head coach- so most likely you won't be able to coach the colts the next year...

If you want to be the Colts, its best to be them from the start. Since in the off season you can only go to the teams that have Head Coach openings. And I've never seen or heard of Dungy being fired from the Colts. Heck he wins Coach of the Year every year... But it looks like the Bears fire their coaches every year.

Yeah not much chance of Dungy being fired. I am in year 8 and the Colts have been one of the top teams every year even though Peyton Manning disappeared in my franchise around year 4 or 5, but it hasn't mattered who their QB is, Dungy is unstoppable.

Yeah they gave the Colts a royal blow job in this game, they go undefeated every other year too....

Not for me. They've been in division races, but not dominant at all. The Buccaneers are the team for me, 15-1 year one, and about to go 15-1 again.

One time they went 15-1, 19-0 and 19-0 the next seasons, the only reason why they even went 15-1 that season was because I beat them.
