just do all of the gutsy defining moments in the last2-3 games, as well as resigning the guys your owner wants you to around week 17, and you should stick around

DETROIT LIONS SEASON 2

Started season 1 again and this time pick up QB: K. Kolb from the Eagles. Well, I went 1-15 again...lol. At the end of the season i knew i was getting the axe. But for some strange reason, the owner kept me on for another year...wow.

In the draft I use my first round pick for a shut down CB. The rest went to add depth to my team. I keep my coaching staff intack except for my DC. I decided to go in another direction with the hiring of R. Rivera. I wanted to keep continuity between the team and coaches.

The season is playing out a lot better. I'm 3-0 so far with the Lions. I don't know if that's bad or good. We'll play out the season and see how it goes.

WEEK 1
Lions: 35 - Greenbay: 25

WEEK 2
Steelers: 28 - Lions: 32

WEEK 3
Bears: 22 - Lions: 38

Re: Detroit Lions (Clay)

Try picking up Cassel from the Pats. He has around a 90 potential while as a 'Field General' type. He should be relatively easy to get

Amazing what having a real passing game does for your running stats.

wow when I traded for him it was 4 Drops and 0 TD's he was a stinker Didn't like being a number 2 to B. Edwards but he sure played like number 2.

Another QB that was easy to trade for was Cutler when I was playing as the Raiders I got him for a couple mid round pics, another player easy to get was Ocho Stinko but only worth it for one year cause he falls way off after that. But you probably don't need any WR's.

Just keep drafting smart and rebuilding and you should get to where no Lions have been before.......the Super Bowl.

SEASON UPDATE

Well, after going 3-0 the first 3 weeks, the Lions fell back into their old habits by dropping 2 games. One against San Fran and the other to the Cardinals.

QB: K. Kolb has become a liability for the Lions, throwing 4 Ints in the last game against the Cardinals. It's too late to pick up a QB at this stage of the game. The coach knows he would have to get the new QB to learn the playbook. "I'm going to ride out Kolb until the end of the season. If he doesn't improve, we'll be looking to draft one in the 2010 draft."

WEEK 5
LIONS: 25 - San Fran: 27

WEEK 6
LIONS: 7 - CARDINALS: 12
