What is that blue litte diamond looking thing?

It's visible on certain players' pictures. What does it represent?

I think you are referring to the tear drop. That indicates that the player is fatigued. You will see this most after games and practices. Sit them out of the next practice to help them regain their fatigue. Lower fatigue increases the chance of injury.

Ok...yea that's probably it...I guess it resembles a tear.

I've always thought of it as a drop of sweat.

Anyone figured out what the pad lock symbol means?

Well...it popped up after I took the advice of my GM/Owner and made the player w/ the icon the starter and benched the player up to that point. I guess it has something to do w/ that...sort of signifying this guy is locked in at this position.

I haven't tried to change it, but maybe your approval takes a hit if you do...???

Now that you mention that I noticed it after I got the same advice. Thanks.

I could be wrong, but I believe there are two different symbols being discussed here.

One is the blue teardrop that signifies that a player is tired.

The other is a lock that comes up after the GM suggests that a player start and you agree.

Yea the thread was started regarding the blue tear drop icon, but then another poster wanted to know what the lock icon was for.
