Jelani Okoye / Joker Jones Draft *Spoiler*

I just finished this draft and boy are there a lot of fatties in it.

Jelani Okoye listed at 6'4" and 333 surprising is not one of them.

The guys I drafted that are huge when I'm playcalling in the game are:

SS Demetrius Ponder 6'0" 205 pounds, looks like he is 260 pounds.
WR Jarius Green 6'2" 205 pounds, looks like he is 270 pounds.
QB Tristen Riley 6'5" 215 pounds, looks like he is 360 pounds.
FS Rasanti Jones 6'2" 211 pounds, looks like he is 320 pounds.

I'm regretting drafting these guys cause they are huge and waddling around that it makes it seem unrealistic. The funniest thing is the safeties can get a pick and outrun the other team's players but the fat just jiggles when he's returning the INT for a score.

LOL. Thats good stuff. Ive seen someone else complain about this before. The only one of those guys youve mentioned that I have seen has been Okoye who doesnt look anywhere close to 333. He looks like maybe 250.

This is exactly why I can't play through this draft path. It's not limited to the one draft, every draft in this path is loaded with huge players. Whether you draft them or not is pure luck, and even if you don't, after a couple years those players are all over every teams roster anyway. I just can't do it because it kills the realism when half the recievers I see during the season seem to be 300 lbs.

This is EXACTLY why I find young true NFL players at DE so I don't have to look at a 250lb dude that looks like he's 370.

It's in the Joe Cain draft path. They have awesome players in this draft path from Ozzie Jones (Barry Sanders comparison), Boar Jackson (Bo Jackson type), Alex Hurst (Carson Palmer like, 44 TDs and 6 INTs in his first season for me).

But the players start getting huge, physically and I think I might be done with this draft path early. I wish it wasn't so because I love Barry Sanders.

Oh well, I just read a post about the Walter Payton comparison. I think I'll do that draft path next.

F.Y.I. - If your looking for a DE that doesn't look like the Titanic, I believe the threshold 'Size-wise' is 89.

I say this because I found a F.A. DE (English class) that is 6'3" 260lb and looks quite fit, which equates to 'easy on the eyes'. (the way a player that size SHOULD look)

Nevermind, it's TOTALLY random who gets the 'Titanic' look, and who doesn't no matter what their size is.

I usually either draft DE's in the late rounds, or sign a couple Undrafted Rookies, and see what they look like during the first preseason game, then ndecide if they stay, or sail out to sea.
