Can I change my offensive formations?

I'm Mike McCarthy and am currently coaching the Redskins in 2011. The Skins players have zero knowledge of a full house backfield, which I can't seem to get rid of using McCarthy. Can I adapt my offensive coaching formations (I do know how to change from defensive 4-3 to 3-4) to the team I'm coaching? Can't figure how to do this if so.

Also, I've got my User sliders all the way to 100 and the CPU to 0 and I still cannot run the ball!!! Is this common with this game.

Try Claystone's sliders in the slider thread, I use those with the modification of 75 RBA, 60 R Blocking, FG acc 30 and kickoff power 30. Having trouble running with a new team is normal, your line and rb has to learn all the plays to run the effectively.

As far as your other question I'm a little confused, Are they not learning the plays? Did you just join the team and have not tried using the plays to teach them? I would think just going into the playbook section and deleting them should work. On my current KC team I went in and delete all the counter plays so my OC would stop calling them on 3rd and long.......
