I'd say build your D-Line similar to a 3-4 team, big bodies with strength and power moves, athleticism and finesse would be a plus, not so much a necessity.

For your safeties, I'd say get a prototype cover guy for a FS, an in the box tackling type for your SS, and for your rover, get someone like Adrian Wilson(or Will Barkley if you are on the English path).

I'd say invest a lot in your safety spots since they'll need to cover and be in run support, get the best safeties possible.

Oh, get Adalius Thomas, he sheds blocks as well as anyone, and his coverage skills are like a top tier corner, he's dominant.
