I would also add, if you like to create plays it can be also made into a more balanced offense. It uses a good amount of two tight end sets. I would have a receiving tight end who could block, and one blocking tight end who could catch, and would actuall have an effective passing game. So much, that if you get running backs who can catch and line up in the flex bone and wish bone tight sets your passing game can do some damage because you will and should always find one mis match.
