Why Is The Ball Carrier So Slow?

I have RB's with Speed well in the mid to upper 90's yet they are constantly caught from behind by DE's and DT's.

I've noticed that play knowledge and practice preparation for the week makes a big difference on perforamnce.

I notice that too. I got Westbrook running outside and big DT's outrun him even if I train him that week. He also likes to try to stiff arm people when he's ahead of everyone else, slowing him down.
