Run and Shoot Team Philosophies

I was just wondering what people think the best team philosophies for the run and shoot are. Especially at QB, WR, OL, and RB. No need for FB and TE. I dont even have any on the roster. Right now I use Pure passer qb, quick route running wr, and balanced OL. At first I used pass blocking OL but I called myself trying to bring in a running game and that is a work in progress.
