    Coach Personality

I've been playing this game for a while now but I just have one question. What do coach personalities do? Every coach I make is a loyalist because I read that assistant coaches will stay longer if you are a loyalist.
    NFL- Baltimore Ravens
NCAA- Maryland Terrapins and Navy Midshipmen

It helps some if you can get players with the same personality as the coaches. I've seen some players sign better deals if their personality is the same as the head coach. I've read the type of coach personality can affect defining moments. Analysts get very few, while a Commander personality seems to get a lot. I think a HC's personality also plays a factor when you are hiring coordinators and assistant coaches, Compatability of personality seems to affect how long a coach might stay. In other words, your guess is as good as mine!

      Re: Coach Personality

The strategy guide says, "Personality will determine how other CPU-controlled parties(i.e. players, coaching staff, and other teams) will measure you up and react to your decisions. It's also important if you ever decide to simulate any portion of your season or offseason:the CPU will base its simulation on your personality type.

With that in mind, choose a personality that most closely matches how you expect to manage your team. There is no statistical advantage choosing one personality over another as long as the decisions that you make on and off the field are consistant with your personality type."

The Loyalist has the following traits: Dependable, Aggressive, Structured, Energetic, Impulsive, Loyal, Trusing, Values Tradition, Team Player, and Impatient. If you have that personality type, try and conduct your career likewise.

Heh I wonder what my Lone Wolf personality will end up doing to me.
