The best part about these kind of games is that you play head to head with real people. It makes it so much more fun. That's why i play Front Office Football. You get to play in an online league against 31 real owners.

I'll try this out when I get home either this afternoon or tomorrow. My only concern is that this game is too new for my 5 year old computer. I couldn't play Quick Hit Football because of this (I only have 528MB of RAM; QHF required 2GB).
