What do you guys think is the best 3-4 playbook?

it depends on what you like to do on defense lab for a lil while and just see what fits your style !!!!

I use a 3-4 blitz heavy defense. you need to get pressure on the Qb in this game so make sure you have some good blitzes to work with

Use the Ravens playbook, Rex Ryan has both the 3-4 and 4-3 formations. You could use both and see which you like best.
