Best Cordinators and postion Coachs, and GMs???

What are the best cordinators and postion coachs???
The best Off cordinators I found where Josh Mcdaniels (pats)
and the Colts(I think his name was tom moore or something)
DC was Rex Ryan who I think was a 99 OVR
LB coach mike singletary was a 99
The GM for the pats is pretty good and I think the Colts GM is good too.I am wondering who is the best DB coach and DLC because I can never find good coaches for them when I go get new coaches.

Re: Best Cordinators and postion Coachs, and GMs???

Some real brief pointers...

The best GM I have come across that is available is Gil Darnell...usually fired by the Dolphins. Definitely a GM to Snatch up.

Coordinators...Jim Caldwell is always who I generally get as my Off coordinator...I have yet to find someone better. Others that are decent are Ken Whisenhunt if he is fired by the Cardinals or Brian Schottenheimer. Josh Looman is always a great pick if he is available and if Hammermill isn't hired as a head coach he is another good one.

Defensive Coordinator...Mike Singletary is the man, The Ryan brothers (Rex and Rob are always good selections).

QB Coach: Paul Hackett (He is decent both as a WR or QB Coach), Brian Kaboll
RB Coach: Tom Rathman (Best RB Coach I have come across)
WR Coach: Paul Hackett, James Lofton, Isaac Brunce, Marvin Harrison
O-Line Coach: Tom Cobble
D-Line Coach: Jim Tomsula (Starting 49ers D-Line Coach...a definite Keeper).
D-Back Coach: Dom Capers (Also a solid Defensive Coordinator), Todd Bowens
LB Coach: Mike Katcavage, Pepper Johnson,
ST Coordinator: John Harbaugh

There is plenty others to throw out there, but those are some decent ones for ya.

Cheers!

Redskins Running Back coach is awesome, and D-Line Coach: Jim Tomsula is an awsome defense coordinator once he develops... I Promoted him in my 49ers dyanasty and after 3 good years using the 3-3-5 defense he is almost maxed out...

Re: Best Cordinators and postion Coachs, and GMs???

In my 8th year as the Redskins my current coaches are:

OC: Jim Caldwell
DC: Rob Ryan

QBC: Dirk Koetter
RBC: Tom Rathman
WRC: Clyde Christensen
OLC: Tim Cobble
DLC: Jim Washburn
LBC: Derrick Brooks
DBC: Ward Black
STC: Danny Smith (yes I still have him lol)
GM: Gil Darnell
Trainer: Ian Baker

All are currently 99 except for Derrick Brooks who is 89 right now, and me being HC I'm only like 54 but I've been trying to save for the expensive ones like educator, etc.

Also all my coaches have atleast level 4-5 performance, and are atleast level 4-5 in their specific categories. Even your positional coaches don't settle for ANYTHING less than a level 4 in performance regardless if he's 5's across the other categories.

Re: Best Cordinators and postion Coachs, and GMs???

Dan Toub, the Bears STC is excellent. He can max to 4 in performance, and almost all of his other ratings go to 5. He is the one coach I kept when I took over the Bears.

Here are some other excellent ones:

QBC-Tom Clements, Mike Heimerdinger, Jim Caldwell if you already have a OC
RBC-Eric Bienemy(starts with almost all RB specials), Earnest Byner, Tom Rathman
WRC-Brent McDaniel, Tyke Tolbert, Henry Ellard(if not hired as OC)
OLC-Tim Cobble
DLC-Tim Spangler,
LBC-Mike Katcavage is the best I have ever seen-caps at all 4s or 5s
Trainer-Robert Wyman, Arron Lee, Jeff Messner(start with 2 specials)
