yeah, with both miami and detroit I have had 15 or 16 loss seasons simming the first year and not been fired.

I have used Miami the owner is pretty good, doesn't expect to much. I survived with a mid 20's approval year 1.

I went to Miami and after going 4-12 they fired me, so i am now in Baltimore. And Rex Ryan is now in Miami.

different career, got fired from washington after going 5-11 first year
