Alright I hear you guys talking about Individual Workouts alot around here and you talk about how a bad GM gets you only a few workouts while a great one can give you something like 15(guess). Thing is I have been playing this game steadily since release and have started a career with just about every team except the lame ones like the Patriots and such, so I've used nearly every starting GM for at least one offseason each. That said I have NEVER gotten any amount of IWs above or below 10, regardless of GM.

GM with 1-2 in every scouting skill? 10 IWs. GM with maxed out scouting skills? 10 IWs. Whats the deal? I'm starting to think this is a PS3 only feature or something (I'm on 360).

I can't be sure of the amount never counted, but I believe the number of individual workouts any team can have is capped NFL rule so nobody can go over that. I guess a bad GM coul dgoive you less but I always though it was fixed.

I know you can scout more at the senior bowl and combine with a good GM.

the Patriots GM starts with 15 IW. I used to think rookie scouting skills gave you more. Now, I'm not so sure. Maybe the rookie potential scouting skills give you more IWs. I hope someone can confirm either way.

I can also confirm that he gets 15 whether on a PS3 or a 360

I believe the NFL cap is 20 so I doubt you can get more than that. In my last career I know I had plenty just never counted them started during pro days. I will keep track in the future.

Most GM's I've used have been 8, like the Dolphins GM. I've never had more than 10 I don't think, but I know you can get at least 15.

I don't see how this is possible. I get 10. Plain and simple, no matter what.

I beleive that the Patriots, Colts and Chargers get 15, but I do no for sure that I have gotten 15 with the Patriots... Not to sure about the Colts and Chargers though...

I'm using the Packers in my career, and they only have 8 IW's. I've upgraded my GM a ton, so I'll let you know how many I get in year 2.
