    Best Defensive Playbook...

I know I have started a thread awhile ago about 3-4 defenses, but I was wondering what are ur favorite and best nfl defensive playbooks??

I know custom books are better, but I am talking about like my favorite unedited and in my opioion best playbook is Rex Ryan's 46 then a second place tie between Jim Johnson Blitz and the 3-3-5 mustang...

    So what are yours??

Hey Edward think you know my opinion on this.

The 335 Mustang to me wins it all hands down.

Anyone want to see a playbook in action have a look at my Kansas City Dynasty where Alonzi Simms would pile up the sacks.

The playbook brings everything you want to the table.

Blitzes where the opposition have to leave guys in to block everyone coming. Great coverage as the 2 CBs and 2 SSs play man coverage. My defence at it's peak looked like this.

    -----------------------Roger Dumas (Random named FS)---------------------
Asomougha--- Egypt Jones------------ -----------Kenny Phillips--- Juran Riley
------------Dexter Knox----- Alonzi Simms----- Keith Rivers------------------
----------Random Named LE- Quincy Sims- Calais Campbell-------------------

Something tells me you could run any defense and have awesome results with that roster.

Jags Physical D for me, just bacause I love 4-3 + man coverage + man blitzs. Sometimes when I got beat by teams that uses 3-3-5 or get destroyed by another teams pass attack I think that the 3-3-5 is a pretty good one too, with 5 DBs it will be really strong against the pass. But I did not chose it because it is weak against the run, plus I just do not like the look of that formation for some reason.

My favorite NFL playbook is Rex Ryan 46 The best playbook overall is the 4-2-6 There's this play called Middle Blitz where both backers Blitz A gap unless your playing Jeff Saturday the Center won't be able to pick them both up and usually the back won't be able to pick up the unblocked backer and it's a sack. I used this play about 70% of the time with Brian Urlacher and Kiwa Mitchell and Urlacker got 30 sacks kiwa Mitchell got 23 the next best in the league was 17. I made a couple variations of this play for when the defense figures out how to neat it. If there calling max protects take your middle backer and move him to right next to the D tackle in A gap. Usually the center won't notice this and he will have a free shot to the QB before the backs know what hit em. Otherwise if the center picks hi up it will leave a bigger gap for the other backer. If they are hitting you with posts over the middle change your FS to a hook zone. I used this play and it's two variations for a whole season mostly and won the SB my first year in Chigaco. This is nearly unstopable unless they use pitches or throw smoke routes to their big recievers
