Probably his personality-I'll check what it is later.Both my OC and DC have ratings of 99 and neither has ever left for a HC job.

i would like rivera but his phy dev. is only maxed at 3.
i know i could get it to 4 if i buy leadership, but boelter and katcavage have the potential to max all their per, phy,@ lrn skills.

my coaching staff is looking mega stacked right now on this throwaway franchise.

Don't know who Boelter is but I'd pick him. Rivera will be a DC in short order and Katkavage's Titan personality means he'll leave before very long.
