Versitile players

Hey Im watching the NFL networks top 10 versitile players and it got me thinking, which players in Head coach play at a high level at a position other than their default one. Or bring an aspect to their position usually not seen. Some I can think of is Demmario Waddle and his ability to be the next Deon sanders. Also I've had some success turning a series of terrable Training camp invite TE into great flexbone option FBs. Also Casey Barone, a FB from the English draft can do a great job as a short yardage HB when you want more power the leron James.

Re: Versitile players

Once I was playing a bears career and I was short at D Tackle. I was going through the deph chart trying to find someone I can move there from maby linebacker, but some how to my suprise, cornerback Nathan Vasher (or maby it was Charles tillman can't renember) had 86 pot as a D Tackle. I compared his stats side by side to Tommie Harris, my starting d tackle the corner was only 10 levels behind Harris in the key D Tackle stats but made up for it with awareness and adjility. I moves Vasher to D Tackle for one preseason game but he didn't do to well, but honestly what can u expect. I don't have any clue how this happened.

In the same regard, if you start in the offseason and draft DE Calias Campell (or however it's spelt) he's pretty good as a blitzing OLB for a 3-4, extremely fast. Never drop him back into coverage though... It isn't pretty.

Re: Versitile players

I started with the Jets as a Spread Option coach and made Brad Smith the QB. The guy played like fiyah until I finally was able to draft a true Spread Option QB a few years later.
