Like the real NFL, it's no guarantee, and mismanagement actually can ruin one of the "Future 50" guys. Like Huckabee, on mine he was out of the league in two years. Drew Thompson never got a chance to play. Scotland and Essex declined until I got a hold of them. So it's not 100%.

the alex hust draft has a QB from purdue or somthing thats just as good as alex hurst

Every path has a Drew Brees comparison at the bottom of draft that can be really good. the cpu actually ruins a lot of future 50 QB's and every othe rposition too. I think they should have had players who didn't start develope better. QB's who sit one year are generally better than one's who start right away. Aikman and Ryan non-withstanding.
