I just bought this game off Amazon and was wondering in career mode if it's possible to hire Gruden as my OC after I replace him. Would he make a good OC in this game? I would probably have to redo the 08 off-season to make this happen.

No, you can't hire guys you have replaced, if u take over a team as a new HC the coach that was there before get kinda deleted, he doesn't exist anymore which kinda sucks.

Your best best is hire Jim Caldwell as your OC after year 1, hes pretty much the best availible then, and hes pretty good

That sucks. It'll kind of be like real life with Morris taking his job and him heading to broadcasting. I'll check out Caldwell. Thanks
