jamarcus sucks but I would probably keep him around till his salary is more than or atleast close to the penalty to cut him. I always draft my dline in the 1st year other than maybe picking up an extra pass rusher or 2 later cause it seems like that is where this class is the best.
There are only a few guys in this draft I consider worthy of 1st round consideration. Brandon albert and jake long are beasts on the oline and both can be very good at the LT spot. DMC is alright if you want to run the ball but I usually don't go with him as cheaper players can be had earlier. Kenny phillips is a beast at safety. Keith rivers is a beast at LB. Other than that noone really sticks out as being extremely high value for the selection required or as being anything too special.
As for gameplay, you really need to build your coach right or adjust the sliders
