In the first year of the Zazzli draft path the bears drafted Morgan Barnes first ground pick first overall out of USC. They signed him to a 6 year deal worth over $70.0M!

Who's the biggest bust you guys have seen?

Well I haven't gotten that far when it comes to playing the career mode but...

I was SO pissed when I drafted Flacco, DRC, AND Tracy Porter just to find out they sucked. Flacco had no mobility or awareness. Rodgers-Cromartie failed at covering and had terrible upside. Porter...well, he just plain sucked lol. I wish I could edit their ratings so they can have the attributes/potential they deserve.

I also remember drafting a rookie WR with the 1st overall pick. He was compared to Randy Moss. He had 99 speed and 99 acceleration. His strengths were "Big play ability" and "spectacular catch" and stuff. And my top receiver at the time was Ted Ginn....so I drafted this guy without even scouting him or looking at his details.

He turned out to be 26 years old...as a rookie. He held out until the 3rd preseason game. I signed him to a near 100-million dollar contract...and his stats? Sub-80 catching, sub-80 catch in traffic, barely had an 80 in spectacular catch, and had terrible hands. He was consistently injured. And then he had the nerve to complain about the talent around him while Ted Ginn went to the pro bowl, as a receiver, and he got benched.

Hahaha that last parts pretty funny, and yeah players who are pretty good in real life suck on this game.

Are you talking about Bender? (26 yr old rookie WR) If used to his strengths he can be a beast. Just make sure you use his speed and don't send him over the middle too much. He is quite similar to Ted Ginn (if you mean Bender...).

I have to agree with Kurt about Barnes. On my dynasty he was picked by the Jets. They traded him to the Eagles 2 years later for 2 late round picks...

I think in some cases it's just about fitting a player into the right situation and system. Cyrus Jones (a Reggie Bush clone) is supposed to be a great player in this game. In my dynasty he was released after his rookie season as a #5 OVR pick. By the Jets of course, they're really bad in that save...

Yea! A. Bender! He was SO pathetic across the middle. I had no possession threats that year which led to me having the 4th worst offense in the league and having to sign another receiver, Anquan Boldin, to another large contract. He totally screwed my plans for the future.

If he's still on your roster use him as a deep threat! He can't be defended one on one on go-routes. Also he can turn a WR Screen from a 3 yrd gain to a 60 yd TD. If you need a possession WR he's not your guy though...
