In Game Announcers

I hope someone can help me here. I have been playing Headcoach 09 for some time and love the game.

I took the New York Jets as my "career" and about three seasons into career mode, a new in game stadium announcer popped up. This announcer gave a much more detailed account of the play on the field, and gave away prizes to the fans in the stadium. It added so much more than just the voice of the coaching staff.

The announcer has come once at the very most during the season but very infrequent. Has anyone else experienced this or am I just the lucky (or unlucky fellow)?

I have noticed that a few times. At least a few games a year. I don't know if it depends on the stadium that you play in or what, but it isn't in every game.

I turn my TV volume up a bit and use the following Volume Control Settings on the My Coach menu:
Master - 100
Announcer - 42 (your Coordinators and Referee volume)
Stadium PA - 100
Crowd - 42 (if the Crowd is too loud it will "bleed" over the Stadium PA)
On the Field - 60
Menu Music - 50
Menu SFX - 75
With those settings, I can hear the PA just fine and still have a good balance of the other in-game sounds. Only the Referee is a little bit loud when giving foul calls over the PA.
