College Coaches

I was curious how the college coaches do you in your dynasties. I assume Gary Hammermill dominates witht the Michigan Spread and 4-2-5, but how about other guys?

General Sanders always seems to stink in dynasties I've run although if he can find his way to the Jets, he's set, because for whatever reason they love him, even though he never posts a winning record. Chris Staymates seems to bounce around without having much success anywhere.

I've never seen Miraldi get a HC Job and don't think I've seen the other guys ever make it to HC either...maybe Larry Widebacker once.

So what about you?

Re: College Coaches

Don Hessendorf and Bob Sardisco usually make coordinator or HC the 2nd year. Eli Cummings is good enough, but most of the time he gets hired as a STC. A lot of the good college coaches get hired as STC.

Re: College Coaches

Hammermill usually takes one season to set the system then he dominates. General Sanders system seems to be good for constant 6-10 to 10-6. Haven't seen any of guys be HC, mainly STC and QBC

Chipper Duncan is a pretty good DB coach after a year or so, once you build him up.
