Freezing

Maybe im unlucky. whether its working between games in roster or playbook or leaving a game at the end or even half time the game freezes. i cant get the downloaded version thru ps network here in the uk so could it only be my disc? sorry im new to ps3 and it wasnt released on PAL xbox. or is it something else. it did update when i first connected to network. am i missing something?

Turning off background music helped for me. I also save immediately after every game, which means that the most I'll lose is a week of prep and a partially-played match.
