XBox 360 roster update

I am curious if anyone knows of where to get a roster update for an xbox 360.

Mine got corrupted some how and I can no longer play past the first preseason game without starting in the offseason or using the original roster.

someone else was having a problem with freezing during the first game. They were advised to simulate the first preseason game and it should work from there.

not sure if it will work for you or not, but hope it does.

Sorry i dont have 360 or I would totally load the roster I have....

Does anyone at all have this? My file got corrupted, and I lost everything I had for this game. Please, somebody help.
