Re: Changing The Culture In Denver - Karl Palisoc

Backround : Karl was the son of Celso Palisoc *former DC* and his mother is a Nurse with a bachelor degree in science and a valedictorian in most of her high schools. This also made Karl into a offensive guru but when he got older he like the defensive side of the ball more so he got mentored by the great Buddy Ryan!/ This also means that he will be using the 46 and the 3-4 in his Playbook.

How He Got Into Denver?
Denver has been trying to change the culture both in Defense And Offense so when they interviewed Karl they knew what they were going to get both in Offense And Defense.

Interview With The New Head Coach of the Denver Broncos
Q: Hey Karl would you say any player in this team is safe?

A: We'll see

Q: Will You Trade Away Players?

A: No, But were going to trade for a lot of players.

Q: What Scheme Will You Be Running On Defense?

A: A Lot of Man with some zone and Heavy Blitz

Q: Saying That, Did You Know that Denver has a guy named Champ Bailey?

A: Yeah, That's Why I Came Here For.

Brandon Marshall Saga
When Karl spoke to Brandon about the Offense
Brandon said "it Is not Going To work"
No One Knew What Happened But it seems Karl was unhappy and said "All I need Brandon To Do is catch some balls" I would've hired him as my OC but thats not for him to decide.

Brandon Marshall Traded To Jacksonville For Their 26th 1st round Draft Pick

When asking Karl About The Trade
I already know that me and Brandon Isn't gonna get along so we traded him to get young guns! that Will Fit Our System.

All those FA signings is likely to put a strain on your salary cap.
