Draft info in scouting report

There is a post somewhere either in the lost knowledge thread or Ebongreen's thread that listed all of the "intangible" skills, and what some guys were keying on based on philosophy. I can't find it now for the life of me, but I remember they had a list of all of those types of skills and their impact. Maybe one of the vets can remember which page it is on?

For what it's worth, I tried putting together a key philosophy/attribute list a while back. It's by no means perfect, since I had to take some educational guesses, but it may help give you an idea of how certain attributes are weighted by positional philosophy. Look at the third page for the second, updated list. Ignore the first one.

I am surprised that "Byrons sliders" aren't mentioned here as a key to get the best out of the Draft scouting reports.
