OK thread back on track here... so yeah I have decided that any trade that I can make prior to the first regular season game that will benefit the team I will do at the expense of cap penalties. BUT, only this first year, after this first year I will only incur no more than oh IDK 20 mill. in penalties and that number will decrease as the seasons progress.

And that my friends is another house rule!
