Gameplans almost guaranteed will effect the game. How much is debatable. Really depends on your coaches(and coordinators) play call and strategy rating. If they suck at playcalling or strategy they might not call them or have a lot of them to call(low strategy). But it also depends on who you verse. If you're picking that against a brees or manning(etc) then no, it wont help. But against a ****ty qb, most likely.
