How to keep the players Healthy

I've been playing this game for a long while, but the thing that makes me hate it is the injuries my oline always seems to get beat granted they are older guys.. and then Peterson's health is always around 80 whats the best way for me to keep my guys on the field?

Hire a good trainer-and keep players on your roster with a 90+ injury rating.

Ok thanks for the reply so there's nothing I can do to help save a guy like Peterson?

Not a lot. The trainer special skills might help a little bit.

It turns out my trainer is terrible I've played this game extensively before but I've been playing 15 min quarters and have a problem with injuries everyone on my team is said probable only 3 are "healthy" anyone else experience that and what do you do slim the quarters down or deal without cause injuries are a part of the game?

Re: How to keep the players Healthy

I've kept Peterson healthy for a full year with a piss poor trainer.

Heres what I did:

set sub level and practice level to moderate

never let peterson practice

rarely run 2 plays in a row for peterson

always sub him out when prompted

If he is not getting the ball he should not be in the game

I keep him limited to 20 carries a game max usually getting about 15-18.

Try avoiding the big hits by running outside.

Hes having a monster year for me 25+ TDs over 1800 yards.
