Adjusted some GM Skills
As with past roster updates -
Players Overall Ratings are gonna be much lower in Career Mode vs Coach Now mode. The reason for this is because EVERY player in the game was recreated from scratch. Took me nearly 2 weeks to complete. This was done because I ran out of available slot for players and had to recycle Hall Famers, Retired players and players no longer in the game. Overall ratings in Career mode are effect by career stats as well as many other things. In creating new players over the top of Hall Famers, Retired player, the new players where given the former players stats this making some players higher in ratings then they should be. To fix this I had to re create and re assign every player a new ID number. In short every ones career stats no longer effect over all ratings. This does not effect the players Attributes, the way they play or the way they progress. It only effects the OVERALL Rating a player receives. Please understand this before posting about low player over ratings.
I will continue to adjust and make small adjustments over the next few days.
Some player skin tones may be off. Please give feed back if you do find any.

To Transfer File
You will need a usb flash drive
Horizon Software
On Head Coach create a roster save on your USB flash drive
After creating plug usb flash drive into pc
Open Horizon, Horizon should auto detect your flash drive
On the right side of Horizon you should see flash drive
Under game - Head Coach - Your Roster Save
Click on your roster save and new window opens
Click on Content - Then right click on your roster save - click replace - select the new roster update - then save, rehash and resign botton
Plug usb flash back into xbox under "My Coach" then "FILE MANAGEMENT" load roster save.
