Don't know if it *really* matters in the long run, but I cannot seem to increase work ethic, no matter what I do. I can only decrease it over time. I've tried looking around on tips to do this, but to no avail, so I was wondering if anybody has any tips to increase work ethic?

Is this a question for '06? I don't recall work ethic being a issue for the '09 HC. -

Man I second you on that. Work Ethic always consistently goes down. Even going to the practices seemed to still let it drop. Anyone know how to increase work ethic in Head Coach 06?Comment

You increase work ethic by not summing the season. It will go up but normally maxed at 10Comment
