Coordinators calling timeout

Does anybody else have this issue? Where the coordinators call timeouts without you doing anything. Specifically the FIRST play after the 2 minute warning either half. I have had the clock stoppage and called a pass. Overthrown wildly, probably the cause of slide balancing, but nonetheless the clock stopped from the incompletion. As soon as the whistle blew, my coordinators called a timeout. I'm furious. We are down by 4 in the fourth with 60 yds to go. I have plenty of good 2 minute drill plays so I'm wasn't too worried. We won the game on a last minute and goal pass but the inconvenience sucked. It also happened the next game. 1st half 2 minute warning. Running out the clock in enemy territory and after a run they called a timeout. Really inconvenient sometimes. Nothing close to a game breaker but ruins a little immersion for me. Esspecially in close games. Anyone else have this problem?

Check your team philosophies and the control you've given to your coordinators. I think that might be your issue.
If you signed a coordinator under the proviso that they will have certain control points, like position philosophy or number of position type on roster, etc, then you might have given up some type of in-game control.
If you did it to sign someone then it might be locked which I don't know how you can change unless you fire the coordinater at the end of the season.

That would make a lot of sense. Never thought those things would have any side affects. Oh you are a great coach, here do what you want! Yay! Best coaching staff!
